Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team in Lahore for our USA Based Clients. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a crucial role in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing cost estimates for projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost projections, identify cost-saving opportunities, and proactively address potential cost-related challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive cost estimates, considering all project aspects (materials, labor, equipment, etc.).
Review and analyze existing cost estimates for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify project scope.
Identify potential cost-saving measures and present recommendations.
Proactively address cost-related issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
Maintain accurate cost databases and documentation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimation processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are also welcome.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays On, Sundays Off)
