Key Responsibilities

Operation of Boilers: Start, monitor, and shut down boilers as needed, ensuring the production of sufficient steam for bakery operations.
Monitoring: Regularly check gauges, meters, and pressure levels to ensure boilers are running safely and efficiently.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning and inspecting boilers, as well as minor repairs when needed.
Safety Checks: Conduct safety checks, including checking for leaks, monitoring water levels, and ensuring all safety devices are in working condition.
Water Treatment: Oversee water quality to prevent scale buildup and corrosion in the boiler.
Documentation: Record all boiler readings, maintenance tasks, and any issues to maintain accurate logs.
Compliance: Follow safety and compliance standards set by regulatory authorities, especially regarding food safety in a bakery
other task assigned by management
