Admission Counselor

We are seeking a motivated and personable Admission Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our programs, and helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment: Actively reach out to potential students via various channels (phone, email, social media) to inform them about our programs.

Admissions Counseling: Provide detailed information about the institution, programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options.

Application Assistance: Assist students with the application process, including helping them gather necessary documents and meeting deadlines.

Campus Tours: Organize and conduct campus tours for prospective students and their families.

Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students to ensure they are progressing through the admissions process.

Event Participation: Represent the institution at college fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment events.

Data Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospective students and track their progress through the admissions funnel.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Marketing, Communications).

Experience: Prior experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
