Job Description

Technical:

  • Ensure data validation and verification
  • Data review and feedback sharing for rectification of data
  • Close coordination with field supervisors for data rectifications.
  • Close coordination with HRU representative on data submission
  • Closely oversee the progress of clusters on data collection and sharing findings with management on daily basis.
  • Implement data quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation to ensure data accuracy
  • Develop and execute data validation scripts and queries to identify data discrepancies
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data quality management.

Operational:

  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics, reports, and dashboards to measure data quality performance
  • Collaborate with HRU representatives and field supervisors to identify data quality requirements and expectations.
  • Implement data quality training (Formal and informal) for field staff.
  • Manage data quality issues and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication
  • Participate in data governance committees and working groups to ensure data quality alignment.  

Organizational:

  • Demonstration of IR Values while working with teams/stakeholders
  • Empowering others to ensure procedural accountability
  • Knowledge of IR strategic priorities
  • Collaboration & networking with others for continuous improvement
  • Adaptation of environment-friendly & cost-effective approaches in your domain

  • Exposure at the field level to internalize the implementation philosophy
  • Record maintenance according to IR and donor requirements.
