Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant with expertise in sourcing and handling automotive products from various online platforms such as Ebay, Amazon, Walmart, and Canadian Tire. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, excellent research skills, and a proven track record of managing online product listings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of automotive products available on Ebay, Amazon, Walmart, and Canadian Tire.
  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers of automotive products.
  • Monitor pricing trends, product availability, and customer reviews to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Create and manage detailed product listings, including product descriptions, images, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and market demand.
  • Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and initiating replenishment when necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase product visibility and sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of online marketplaces such as Ebay, Amazon, Walmart, and Canadian Tire.
  • Strong understanding of automotive products, including parts, accessories, and tools.
  • Familiarity with Canadian Tire listing processes and requirements is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and product sourcing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing product listings and inventory.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with suppliers and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools, such as MS Office Suite and online listing platforms.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
