Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Officer Retail Sales to enhance our retail performance and elevate customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies and building strong relationships with our clients. This role demands exceptional communication and negotiation skills to ensure all customer inquiries and sales opportunities are handled effectively. You will take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to final transaction, ensuring that clients receive not only the products they desire but also the highest level of service. Your ability to manage time efficiently, maintain product knowledge, and utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot will be crucial for success in this position. As a Senior Officer, you will work independently and collaborate closely with various departments, ensuring that customer requests, feedback, and delivery issues are addressed promptly. Your main objective will be to contribute to the overall sales targets set by the company while ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will remain updated on stock statuses and work on optimizing the sales floor by overseeing product displays, cleanliness, and sales orders. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including preparing quotations and processing orders accurately.
  • Follow up diligently on client deliveries, payments, and receivables to ensure timely transactions.
  • Gather and evaluate customer feedback on products and services to foster continual improvement.
  • Monitor stock levels and remain informed on the status to prevent delays in sales and orders.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are displayed appropriately.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track customer orders and facilitate timely deliveries.
  • Address customer complaints promptly, forwarding them to the appropriate sections and following up until resolution.
  • Stay compliant with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and participate in business development visits to explore new sales opportunities.
