Responsibilities

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Support the preparation and analysis of the annual budget in collaboration with various departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, adhering to compliance with established accounting standards.
Record and manage asset acquisitions, revaluations, and disposals, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
Prepare monthly financial reports and fixed asset reports for management review, highlighting any discrepancies or concerns.
Verify and reconcile asset records in coordination with relevant departments to maintain data integrity.
Monitor budget performance, examining variances and supporting management in identifying areas for improvement.
Provide technical support in financial planning and budgeting processes through data analysis and reporting.
Assist in developing and implementing budgetary control measures to enhance financial performance.
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve operational efficiency.
