Design Consultant

Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited is seeking a proactive and innovative Design Consultant to enhance our customer experience and drive design excellence. In this role, the Design Consultant is responsible for guiding clients from the initial measurement phase through to the completion of the final report. This position requires a blend of creative thinking and technical proficiency in design software, enabling the consultant to produce accurate and appealing 3D views tailored to client specifications. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and understand their unique needs, ensuring that all design proposals align with their vision. The Design Consultant will play a critical role in managing the design processes that occur at various stages, including site verification, point marking, pre-installation, and post-installation follow-ups. The consultant must meet assigned sales targets while maintaining a detailed opportunity matrix. This role also involves collaboration with architects and contractors to address any civil work prerequisites and processing client quotations and orders in accordance with established terms and conditions. The Design Consultant must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to client relationship management, ensuring that all design elements are thoroughly reviewed and finalized with the client's approval.
Responsibilities

Guide clients through the design process from initial measurements to finalized reports.
Develop and present timely and accurate 3D visualizations based on customer profiles.
Coordinate site verification, point marking, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and installation activities.
Conduct site visits at three crucial stages: prior to proposal design, during the installation process, and post-installation to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve designated sales targets while diligently maintaining an updated KDW opportunity matrix.
Collaborate with architects and contractors to facilitate any pending civil work for clients.
Process and manage client quotations and orders in adherence to terms and conditions established by clients.
Ensure thorough discussion and approval of final drawings and cost summaries with clients before implementation.
Follow up with the technical team for timely quotations, order processing, and necessary revisions.
Review the technical department's quotations and drawings to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatching hard copies to the factory.
