Retail Operations Manager

Company Overview: We are a leading international retail company with a widespread network of outlets across Pakistan. We are seeking a highly committed and determined individual to join our team as a Retail Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth operation of shops/floors, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
Manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory management.
Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service and addressing customer needs.
Implement and monitor operational procedures and policies.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless store operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
At least 5 years of retail experience with a strong background in operations management.
Proven track record of driving sales and managing teams effectively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be male, with an age limit of below 35 years.
