IRC works in partnership with local government and non-governmental organizations and currently works in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Baluchistan, and Sindh provinces.

Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of Provincial Coordinator and Technical Supervision of Senior HR Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the HR policies, rules, and regulations, implements internal procedures and provides solutions to a wide spectrum of complex HR issues. The HR Officer promotes a collaborative, client-oriented approach and contributes to the maintenance of high staff morale for Balochistan region.
