About the Project:
International Rescue Committee, for its upcoming project, seeks to provide support and protection to Afghan Refugees in 19 Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province at the initial stage with a plan to extend to other districts in coming years. The proposed project will contribute to strengthening and scaling up the current CP & WPE interventions. In addition, the scope will be extended to prevention and response activities for the new arrivals residing in the Refugee Villages (RVs). It is about to protecting women, girls, and boys, including individuals or groups at risk from harm, and ensuring that women, girls, and boys who are exposed to protection risks are immediately referred to relevant specialized services of case management and psychosocial support through an interactive referral pathway developed. The existing capacities of the service providers will be enhanced through the provision of capacity-building training and technical assistance.
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the GBV Case Management Supervisor will be responsible for the implementation, quality of, and smooth running of the GBV response sector in the Women and Girls Safe Spaces (WGSS) or mobile team which includes the services of the GBV case management, psychosocial support for women and girls, and will provide technical support for outreach activities.

Internal: GBV Case Workers, WGSS animators, outreach animators
External: Communities, Women and Girls, Government Departments, and Civil Society Organizations including UNHCR Partners.
Job Requirements
a. Education
• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology or other discipline
b. Work Experience
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in implementing women-centered WPE response and prevention programs.
Skills and Competencies
Language Skills:
Good written and spoken English and Urdu skills and other local languages.
