- Process inbound and outbound ticketing requests promptly and accurately.
- Utilize ticketing systems such as Sabre and Galileo to make reservations, issue tickets, and manage bookings.
- Assist customers with inquiries, changes, and cancellations to existing reservations.
- Ensure compliance with airline and company policies and procedures.
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile financial records related to ticketing activities.
- Provide information and support to customers regarding travel itineraries, fares, and other relevant details.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, airline regulations, and changes in ticketing systems.
