• Process inbound and outbound ticketing requests promptly and accurately.
  • Utilize ticketing systems such as Sabre and Galileo to make reservations, issue tickets, and manage bookings.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, changes, and cancellations to existing reservations.
  • Ensure compliance with airline and company policies and procedures.
  • Handle payment transactions and reconcile financial records related to ticketing activities.
  • Provide information and support to customers regarding travel itineraries, fares, and other relevant details.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, airline regulations, and changes in ticketing systems.
