Coordination Executive

Ideal Consultants is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Coordination Executive to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless service delivery for our patients by coordinating care schedules, managing caregiver assignments, and providing exceptional communication to both patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate patient care schedules.
Match caregivers with patients based on compatibility and needs.
Coordinate caregiver communication, ensuring patients and caregivers are connected effectively.
Manage and track caregiver assignments, including scheduling changes and updates.
Address patient and caregiver concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of all patient and caregiver interactions.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to ensure adequate caregiver coverage for patient needs.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
