Responsibilities:
- Create designs for print and digital collateral, including but not limited to packaging designs, brochures, flyers, and digital graphics.
- Ensure that all design projects are completed with a high level of quality and within specified timelines.
- Develop and execute project plans from concept to completion, ensuring that project objectives are met.
- Establish creative direction for the company, including the development of brand guidelines to maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Perform image retouching and manipulation to enhance the visual appeal of our designs.
- Work with a wide range of media and utilize graphic design software to bring concepts to life.
- Stay up to date with the latest design and software trends to continuously improve and innovate our design capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of layout design, graphic fundamentals, typography, print production, and web design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, and various Ai Tools.
- A compelling portfolio that showcases your creativity and expertise across a diverse range of design projects.
- Excellent aesthetic sense, creative thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional eye for detail, with a keen focus on delivering pixel-perfect designs.
- A collaborative and responsible team player who can effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams.
