We are looking for a talented and creative Visual QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Canva and have a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color composition, and design rules. They should also have a keen eye for detail and excellent quality assurance skills. Additionally, the candidate should have good English communication skills. Knowledge of any of the following languages - Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, or Japanese - would be an advantage.

  • Conducting thorough reviews of design templates to ensure that all images, graphics, and elements are relevant, high-quality, and align with the intended purpose and theme
  • Verifying that templates adhere to core design rules, including typography, color composition, layout balance, and overall visual aesthetics
  • Using Canva to evaluate and test the usability, editability, and functionality of design templates
  • Identifying and addressing any design inconsistencies, alignment issues, image quality problems, or mismatched elements across templates
  • Validating that templates meet approved criteria and guidelines and resonate with the target audience
  • Collaborating with the team and providing actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement in review quality
  • Reviewing templates for cultural appropriateness and language-specific nuances, if applicable
  • Maintaining comprehensive QA logs, issue reports, and improvement recommendations to streamline the review process
  • Working independently on QA projects and handling pressure to meet deadlines
