Sales Team Lead

The Sales Team Lead/Assistant Manager will play a critical role in achieving both individual and team sales targets. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate, mentor, and monitor the sales team while managing their own sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is for US/CA team & night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
Set clear objectives and provide regular performance feedback to team members.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure alignment with company goals.
Maintain a personal sales pipeline, actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
