The Sales Team Lead/Assistant Manager will play a critical role in achieving both individual and team sales targets. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate, mentor, and monitor the sales team while managing their own sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is for US/CA team & night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
- Set clear objectives and provide regular performance feedback to team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Maintain a personal sales pipeline, actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
