Responsibilities

Edit and assemble recorded footage into finished projects that reflect the organization's goals.
Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
Manage and supervise a team of 10 individuals, ensuring a productive work environment and effective communication.
Review raw video footage and determine the best shots for the final cut.
Enhance the quality of footage through color correction, sound editing, and visual effects.
Ensure that all video content is completed on time and follows brand guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve editing skills and methodologies.
Maintain an organized system for storing and cataloging video files and project assets.
Conduct quality control checks on final videos to ensure they meet technical and creative standards.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to facilitate their growth and development.
