Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our web-based projects.
- Understand project goals and user requirements to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Design and implement user-centered interfaces, considering usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across different devices and platforms.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continually iterate and enhance the user experience.
- Create and maintain design assets, style guides, and design documentation for efficient collaboration and consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven UI/UX design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and user-centric approach.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design decisions to team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, adapt to feedback, and balance multiple projects and priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
