Roles & Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Prepare balance sheets.
- Process invoices.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Update internal systems with financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Track bank deposits and payments.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Review and implement financial policies.
- Handling of tax compliances and other tax related matters.
- Prepare, process, and maintain paperwork related to all aspects of the accounting cycle, culminating in the preparation and filing of tax return.
- Confirm the accuracy of records and documents related to tax reporting and preparation.
- Responsible for hadeling the Trust registration/ upgradation with secp / other trust act. Responsible for handling bank-related matters and matters related to FBR, EAD or other financial institutions for trust-related matters.
Any other related tasks by the Line Manager.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Should be proficient in reknowned accounting software preferably QuickBooks.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Sharp time management skills.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or BBA
