Position: Safety Supervisor
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety qualifications or relevant qualifications. Certificate or Diploma in OHS.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in Construction / Resources industries. Preferably had operational experience in Health, Safety or Loss Prevention or related field.
Requirements:
- Experience with writing procedures and standards – safety systems.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the relevant Regulations, Standards, and Codes of Practice.
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Exhibit strong organization and planning skills. Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational health and safety support, implement safety systems, facilitate investigations, conduct safety audits, coach RDMC personnel, develop procedures, participate in Critical Control Management, ensure adherence to H&S plans, liaise with contractors, audit compliance, support emergency and OHH programs, advise on safety compliance, and conduct safety inspections and interactions.
