Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential participants via inbound and outbound calls to promote the digital incubation program and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly admission targets.
  • Identify the needs of prospective participants and match them with the program offerings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track leads through the sales funnel.
  • Provide insights to improve campaigns and prepare weekly reports on lead status and admission progress.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales abilities.
  •  Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office knowledge.
  • Familiarity with digital programs or incubation processes is a plus.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related fields with at least 03 years of experience in tele sales, ideally in the education or training sectors.
  • Experience in converting leads for online or digital programs is highly desirable.
