  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on employment-related matters.
  • Proactively address and resolve employee concerns and grievances fairly and on time.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and develop action plans for improvement.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with employees.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
