Responsibilities:

The Office Administration Manager is responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of the office environment. This role encompasses office management, facility management, staff supervision, and employee support services.

  • Office Supplies Procurement: Oversee office supplies procurement, and inventory management, and coordinate with the HR Operations and Analytics Lead for employee asset procurement.
  • Office Facility Management: Manage office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning, and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise office support staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
  • Employee Support Services: Coordinate employee parking passes, and address employee off-site travel and residence requirements. Manage employee attendance through enrollment in attendance devices.
  • Office Security and Networking: Implement and maintain office security measures, including CCTV surveillance and access control. Manage office networking and internet connectivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office management software and tools.
