Position Overview: 

As a PHP WordPress Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer support by promptly addressing and resolving the issues our clients encounter. Your technical proficiency will be the cornerstone of delivering effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve various website-related issues faced by clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical challenges and offer effective solutions.
  • Monitor live websites' performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Work closely with the development team to communicate and address complex technical problems.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of client interactions and solutions provided.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology is required.
  • 3 to 6 months of experience in PHP/WordPress Development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, particularly PHP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Basic understanding of SQL programming, database design, and various E-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify).
  • Basic experience with debugging tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both Urdu and English.
