CSR Required For An In-house Call Center in Islamabad
Thank you for reading our job post. We are a Home Inspection Company operating out of Maryland, USA
The working hours are going to be from 7:00 pm to 3:00 am (Pakistani time).
Your Key responsibilities, as a CSR, will be to make:
- Post-inspection calls to clients for upselling post-inspection services
- Post-inspection calls to Realtors
- Agent retention calls to express appreciation for continued referrals
- Agent recovery calls to agents who have stopped referring new customers
- Cold calls to agents who have never worked with us.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales (CSR)
- Excellent verbal communication (English)
- Excellent communications skills (able to communicate clearly)
- Able to elaborate, explain, and answer client questions
- Able to build a conversation with clients.
Note: The selected candidate will be provided training to equip them with the necessary tools and knowledge to answer real estate market-related questions.
