1. Oversee the entire fleet management (Vehicle Rent & Vehicle Fuel).
2. Monitor vehicle usage, performance, and vendor for the replacement of faulty of new vehicle under the budget.
3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendor to secure favorable terms and conditions for transportation services.
4. Implement the integration of vehicles with HNL eye for real-time monitoring and tracking.
5. Ensure proper installation and configuration of tracking devices on all fleet vehicles.
6. Manage vehicle rental agreements and payments.
7. Implement measures to improve the fuel the fuel efficiency of fleet vehicles.
8. Conduct regular gap analysis to identify discrepancies, between planned and actual performance metrics.
9. Develop and propose cost-cutting initiatives to reduces expenses while maintaining or improving service levels.
10. AM Admin of Head Office is the Admin POC for all the regional Admins. (Vehicle Rent, House Rent and Vehicle Fuel).
11. Log books managements and controlling as per the defined SLA. Coordination with regional admins to close this activity on time.
12. Close correspondence with the regional admins and vendors and response on the queries (WhatsApp groups and Emails) as per defined SLA.
13. The AM Admin will be responsible for completing all the given tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
