Professional Competency Requirements:

Three years of working experience in procurement fulfillment, procurement, project delivery, service delivery, finance, or other related fields.
Be able to independently manage and guide others to handle the regional procurement order issuance and quota execution.
Be able to independently manage the procurement fulfillment PTP business, including answering complex questions about engineering service PR, PO, acceptance, and payment processes and providing training on IT system operations.
Organize and promote the resolution of complex and abnormal PTP issues in procurement fulfillment. (e.g., fulfillment exceptions, acceptance exceptions, invoice exceptions, and IT system exceptions) and can be solved independently;

Qualifications:

Master in engineering project delivery, be familiar with the processes and requirements related to the fulfillment management of engineering service resources and understand the relationship between categories and service products.
Master the operations of procurement fulfillment-related systems.
PMP certification preferred.
