Data Center Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Data Center Business and full awareness of the equipment used in DC projects.
Procurement: Hands-on experience with procurement related to Data Center equipment and ability to source key DC equipment.
Technical Understanding: Sound technical knowledge of the MEP part of DC, knowing the execution as well as maintenance work of DC.
Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of the DC industry, including MEP suppliers, DC Material Suppliers, etc.
Experience: MEP contracting or General Contracting Personnel with 6+ years experience, taking project technician or project manager roles in the project.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with DC main equipment/material brands and channels/agencies in Pakistan.
Integrity: Honesty and clear integrity.
Priority: Experience in Data Center delivery.
