We Specialized in the Renovation of Kitchens & bathrooms (Specifically Woodwork: Cabinets, Vanities & Countertops) in the North American Market.
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive e in our Office at Main Boulevard, Gulberg, Lahore. It is Not Campaign Based Job.
However, the candidate should be experienced & proficient in English Communication Skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Understand Customer Queries.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements and skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Degree in Any Discipline.
