We are seeking a skilled Admin and Accounts Executive to manage administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will focus on using Google Sheets and Excel for manual record-keeping and reporting and ensure smooth office operations while maintaining accurate financial documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and office maintenance.
- Maintain and organize company documentation such as contracts, financial records, and HR data.
- Manually track and reconcile financial transactions using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Proper bookkeeping of day-to-day expenses.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports using Excel.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, providing relevant insights based on manual data management.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure timely execution of administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Atleast 1 year experience in a combined Admin and Accounts Executive role or similar.
- Expertise in Google Sheets and Excel for manual financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
