You will play a crucial role in supporting our media buying team. You will assist in various aspects of media planning and execution, ensuring that our clients' campaigns are optimized for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with company goals and marketing objectives. Identify the best platforms, ad formats, and targeting tactics for each campaign.
  •  Media Buying: Manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  •  Audience Targeting: Conduct detailed audience analysis to target the right demographics, behaviors, and interests. Leverage data to create effective segmentation and improve targeting accuracy.
  •  Budget Management: Allocate and optimize campaign budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Track spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget and deliver desired performance.
  •  Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms. Make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies, including bid adjustments, creative updates, and targeting refinements.
  •  A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve overall campaign performance. Analyze test results and apply learnings to future campaigns.
  •  Reporting & Analytics: Provide detailed reports on key performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI). Communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  •  Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure paid media efforts are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  •  Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape. Identify new opportunities for media buying and testing new strategies.

Qualifications:

  •  1-2 years of experience in digital media buying or a similar role.
  •  Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  •  Proficiency in using media buying platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
