Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of outbound phone calls.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve high level of satisfaction.
  • Build interactive communication to engage customers.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information as guided.
  • Meet personal KPIs of daily calls.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements:

  • Must be over intermediate and graduation.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proven customer sales experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time.
