Assistant Quality Assurance

The Assistant Quality Assurance (QA) will support the QA Manager and team in ensuring that all products manufactured in the surgical factory meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role involves monitoring the production process, conducting inspections, maintaining records, and supporting the continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure the highest product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS according to industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA regulations).
Coordinate internal audits and manage audit schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Prepare and review quality documentation such as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), work instructions, and quality manuals.
Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular quality reports for management, detailing key performance indicators (KPIs), audit results, and non-conformances.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency.
Ensure all products meet applicable regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., CE Marking, FDA 510(k)).
Prepare for and assist with regulatory inspections and customer audits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality assurance activities, including test results, audit findings, and training records.
Ensure that all quality documentation is properly controlled and easily accessible for audits and inspections.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering).

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a medical device or surgical instrument manufacturing environment.
