The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in various activities related to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and other HR functions. They work closely with HR managers and senior leadership to ensure the organization's human resources policies and programs are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues, maintaining a positive work environment.

HR Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain personnel records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
  • Support the development of employee training plans and career development initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and providing feedback to employees.

Benefits Administration:

  • Support in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.

Employee Engagement:

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Assist in organizing events and programs to boost employee morale and team building.

HR Projects:

  • Participate in HR-related projects, such as HRIS implementation, process improvement, or policy development.
