Responsibilities:
- Manage and build relationships with a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth and customer retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are being met
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action as necessary
- Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance and revenue growth
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field 1+ years of experience in finance, account management, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
