This is a full time job which doesn't need much experience as it just requires basic data entry level skills.
The job responsibilities of the Customer support representative are as follow :
- Providing introductory information to new customers about our services.
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services.
- Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases.
- Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services.
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
- Maintain customer's records by updating account information on MS Excel sheet.
- Open customer accounts by recording account information on MS Excel sheet.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- University/college degree is an asset. Basic level English writing & speaking skills are required.
- Candidates with basic MS Office knowledge like Word, Excel would be a plus.
- Familiarity with using Facebook messenger is a must.
- Previous experience, especially in particular Electronic gaming industry are most welcomed.
- Fresh school, college & university degree holders are highly encouraged to apply.
This is a 100% office job. You have to come to the office everyday of the week as this job has no holidays for the time being. It is going to be an 8 hours shift.
This job has 3 shifts & the timing slots are as follow :
- 9 AM to 5 PM
- 5 PM to 2 AM
- 2 AM to 9 AM
