We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager of Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our clinic's services, increase brand awareness, and drive patient acquisition. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication and analytical skills, capable of executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the clinic's objectives.
- Implement both online and offline marketing strategies to increase clinic visibility and attract potential clients.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, workshops, and seminars to educate the target audience about hair restoration services.
- Represent the clinic at industry-related events to enhance brand visibility.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with the sales and medical teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide regular updates on marketing activities and results to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or cosmetic industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficient in using marketing software and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the hair restoration industry is a plus.
