1. Responsible to make Daily Production Report & Daily Stock Report.

2. Responsible to make Station wise Actual Production report.

3. Responsible to update OEC board on daily basis.

4. Responsible to update station wise Stock report.

5. Coordinate with material team for material arrangement on t-1 base

6. To make time losses report daily/weekly and prod. Gap analysis.

7. Maintain line efficiency of production line

8. Coordinate With Maintains for Equipment Problems Solution & repairing

9. Responsible to Maintain 6S On Line

10. Responsible to take Corrective Action On Line In Case Of Problems, Feed Back or any Deviation with Standards.

11. Responsible for Production Targets Achieving.

12. To Follow Production Time Schedule.(Monitor Hourly Production)

13. Responsible of Daily Production Entry in Production Control Sheet.

14. Responsible of maintain quality during process.

15. Assure T-1 Base Material on Line, Process Wise Parts Inspection while receiving.

16. Responsible of Parts Rejection/Damages Control.
