1. Monthly raw material planning based on OPSI & BOM.

2. Issue Purchase orders to 3rd Source Supplier (AC).

3. ECN implementation Follow-up in Material Plan.

4. Update Purchase order with actual shipped qty.

6. General Purchase of imported spare parts, machines price negotiations with supplier, order process, follow up of their payments, shipments, and arrival on time

7. Prepare 3rd source LC Summary (AC)

8. LC & Shipment Plan follow up with import, Finance, and Supplier.

9. Update the Material Status Report of AC.

10. Material stock check at supplier end.

11. Follow up on imported material rejection issues and claim adjustments.

12. SAP working of a related section.

13-Make sure 3rd source materials (AC) on time arrive at the factory.
