You will be vital in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance. You will be the face and voice of our company, working directly or indirectly with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  •  Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and policies.
  •  Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  •  Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  •  Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.
  •  Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  •  Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer expert guidance.
  •  Proactively monitor customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve processes and procedures.
  •  Assist with after-sales support, including returns, replacements, and refunds.
  •  Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • You must be able to commute daily to our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • You must be able to bring your own laptop to the office daily. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
