Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Prompt Customer Assistance: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Order Management: Streamlining Fulfillment Processes

Assist in processing returns efficiently and manage order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of tracking numbers for seamless order tracking.

Customer Service Chats: Effective Account Support

Engage in live customer service chats to address customer queries.
Handle account-related matters and provide solutions effectively.

Computer Proficiency: Efficient Customer Interaction

Utilize computer operations, including data entry, for managing customer interactions.
Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to streamline customer service processes.

Language Proficiency: Clear Communication with Customers

Demonstrate strong command of written and spoken English for effective customer communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
E-commerce Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce or familiarity with eBay operations is a valuable plus.
Technology: Must have the ability to bring your own laptop to the office daily.
