Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads for boiler installation companies through cold calling. Your primary goal will be to contact potential customers, promote energy-efficient boiler solutions, and schedule appointments for installation.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to promote boiler installation services
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for installation companies
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of boiler installation services and benefits
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/lead generation targets
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Working Conditions:

  • This is a part-time position with a fixed schedule
