• Oversee the entire production process, including machine setup, operation, and shutdown.

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.

• Monitor product quality at various stages of production and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure adherence to product specifications and standards.

• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive maintenance of extrusion blow molding machines.

• Coordinate repairs and troubleshooting of equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime.

• Lead and supervise a team of production technicians and operators.

• Maintain detailed records of production data, including machine settings, material usage, and production output.

• Generate regular reports on production performance and efficiency.
