Job Role:
- Receive and process customer orders through various channels (phone, email, online platforms).
- Verify order accuracy, including product specifications, quantities, prices, and delivery information.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving order-related issues.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products for order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order dispatch.
- Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any billing or payment issues.
- Generate regular reports on order trends, inventory status, and sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory movements.
Qualification:
- Qualification must be Matric /Intermediate.
- Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a related role.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
