Responsibilities:

Collaborate with operations managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns within the operations department.
Facilitate communication between management and staff to address issues and maintain positive employee relations.
Support operations managers in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Maintain accurate records of operations department personnel, including attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions.
Process payroll and administer benefits for operations staff in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Stay informed about labor laws and regulations relevant to the operations department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on supporting operations or similar functions.
Strong understanding of HR practices and principles, with specific knowledge of operations-related HR issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
