Plan, schedule, and coordinate E&I projects
Ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project completion.
Monitor progress, address issues or delays promptly.
Oversee daily activities of electricians, instrumentation technicians, and contractors.
Provide training, support, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
Coordinate and supervise routine and emergency maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to manage hazards.
Assist in preparing and managing the E&I department’s budget, monitor expenditures, and find cost-effective solutions.
Maintain records of maintenance, project progress, and equipment performance.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on project and operational status.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and procurement for seamless E&I system integration.
Facilitate stakeholder communication to align on project goals and requirements.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawing

Requirements:

Education: BSc Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
