We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Spinning to oversee and optimize the spinning operations at our industrial facility. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in spinning processes, and a strategic approach to production management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire spinning department, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
Lead and manage a team of supervisors and workers across multiple shifts.
Monitor raw material procurement, inventory management, and waste reduction.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the smooth functioning of machinery and
equipment.
Analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
