We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage our Daraz store, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Daraz store, ensuring all products are accurately listed with appropriate descriptions, prices, and images.
- Optimize product listings to increase visibility and sales through keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews professionally and on time.
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment, packaging, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to restock products as necessary.
- Analyze sales data and trends to make recommendations for product selection and marketing strategies.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns on Daraz, including discounts, flash sales, and special offers.
- Monitor and report on store performance, providing regular updates on sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Experience managing an e-commerce store, preferably on Daraz.
- Familiarity with online sales strategies and customer service.
- Must be able to read & write English properly.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
