Expertise in CREO (equivalent or better CAD Software for 2D & 3D drawings) usage, to prepare technical drawings.
Preparation of packing lists of equipments before dispatch to customers.
Arrange to load materials to be dispatched to customers in accordance with Packing Lists / Delivery Notes / Outward Gate Passes and to physically match the quantity of outbound material with the documents.
Preparation of daily overtime of labor and getting it approved by Manager Production & Services well before time.
Effective man & material management to obtain maximum efficiency and cost-cutting to make the productions/fabrications processes leaner.
Managing and seeking approval of Manager Production & Services for labor’s short leaves forms, casual leaves forms, medical leaves forms & paid-rests forms, duly filled and signed by respective department in-charge.
Preparation of Monthly Fitting charges sheets & visit/supervision forms of labor.
Preparation of monthly advances to labor against salaries and expense summaries (along with bills) related to visits & fittings by labor.
Maintaining the record of Job Completion Certificates.
Furnishing of technical information related to customers’ samples / rejected-in material, along with order details to company’s store for preparation of related inward gate passes.
Assistance in man & material costing of products / projects.
Filing work and general assistance to Manager Production & Services to carry out tasks related to production & services.
Assistance in making daily Production Plan and material estimation related to orders in hand.
Assistance in daily reporting and closing of production plans.
Coordination between gate-keepers, sales, stores, administration and accounts departments.
Data entry and verification in company’s software related to production and quality.
Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality, efficiency & capacity.
Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure that team follows company policies & safety standards.
Other jobs/tasks related to production assigned by the management.
